Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care by developing detailed treatment plans that address each patient's specific goals and needs.
• Manage a personalized caseload, ensuring adequate time is spent with each patient for effective therapy sessions.
• Utilize expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop and implement effective rehabilitation interventions.
• Employ cost-effective, evidence-based treatments designed to improve patient mobility and overall function.
• Focus on non-surgical options to reduce dependence on medications, incorporating conservative management techniques.
• Design and oversee comprehensive fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' health objectives.
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercises, and strategies to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Show compassion and motivation, encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for precise documentation and patient management.
• A current understanding of research-backed physical therapy practices and modalities is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred, with a focus on orthopedic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
