Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patient medical histories and perform specialized assessments to develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
• Engage patients and their families in understanding evaluation outcomes and collaboratively setting achievable goals for therapy.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient presentations, leveraging your clinical expertise to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Document all patient information accurately and timely, including progress notes and charges, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care, promptly addressing any changes in patient conditions and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in discharge planning, ensuring patients have the resources and knowledge needed for ongoing recovery at home.
• Engage in continuous professional education and training initiatives to stay updated with the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with outpatient clients who present with a wide range of conditions including post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
