Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Compassion Care Counseling, you will execute a range of responsibilities critical to patient care, including:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Assessment and treatment planning based on patient needs.

• Facilitating discussions around complex family dynamics, such as communication difficulties and conflicts between family members.

• Managing cases involving alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and blended family issues.

• Supporting clients through significant life changes, including separation, divorce, and adjustment challenges.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated patient care.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop effective therapeutic interventions.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and record-keeping in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse groups, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address various mental health issues faced by families, allowing you to apply your therapeutic skills across different contexts. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
