Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand each client’s unique situation.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of your clients.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based and culturally competent modalities that resonate with diverse populations.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to professional ethics, legal standards, and agency policies.

• Participate in regular clinical case consultations and seek supervision as needed to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Advocate for clients’ needs and well-being, coordinating care across various systems including schools and healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and their families who are navigating mental health challenges, including anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, and familial disruptions. You will work closely with marginalized populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, refugees, and low-income families, ensuring that the care provided is responsive and culturally informed.

Qualifications\n

• A current, active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in diagnostic formulation, trauma-informed practices, and culturally competent care approaches.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms such as SimplePractice and Zoom.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
