Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments including mental status exams to identify students' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide intensive counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Develop thorough case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans that document the progress and challenges in each client’s therapeutic journey.

• Effectively manage high-stress situations with a calm demeanor, utilizing de-escalation techniques while providing compassionate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be the school-age population, including students who may be experiencing emotional distress, behavioral challenges, or mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Pennsylvania LCSW license, enabling independent clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, complemented by a robust benefits package.
