Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with assigned clients in both community and school settings, providing clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for those experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients, succeeding in garnering their engagement and helping them navigate their mental health challenges.

• Participate as an active team member by attending regular meetings and collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Create and implement individualized care plans that cater to each student’s unique needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment that includes sharing information with family members and educational providers.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans when necessary, conducting follow-up sessions and assessments to ensure their needs are being met.

• Provide targeted crisis intervention when required, effectively navigating high-stress situations in a way that prioritizes client safety and emotional support.

• Carry caseloads that include individual, group, and family therapy sessions, emphasizing a holistic approach to mental health.

• Document all client interactions, ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, and submit data and reports on time.

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Florida.
