Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions tailored to the specific needs of students, while carefully documenting their goals and responses to treatment activities.

• Participate actively in treatment-planning meetings, providing insights and receiving feedback about client progress and challenges, and keeping detailed records of updates to treatment plans.

• Assess and navigate resistance or conflict that may arise during therapy sessions, effectively intervening to reduce tension and guide clients in recognizing and managing unproductive behaviors and thought patterns.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant patient records that include comprehensive documentation of assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and engagement with clients and their families.

• Create personalized treatment plans that focus on each client's strengths, weaknesses, and any psychosocial factors that may pose risks to their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
