Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the needs of students and develop customized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances and challenges.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that students experience meaningful health improvements.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings including educators, psychologists, and counselors to collaboratively inform and enhance the overall treatment strategies for each student.

• Provide consultancy and resources to parents and school staff, equipping them with strategies to support student mental health and academic success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LICSW licensure issued by the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
