Work Environment

This position will be based in our supportive and collaborative onsite rehabilitation clinic in Jacksonville. Our facility is designed to foster healing and improvement, equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technology. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, providing a balanced work schedule that promotes work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, outlining their rehabilitation goals and objectives.
• Manage a dynamic caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized attention to each individual.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility, significantly enhancing patient outcomes.
• Educate and motivate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies to encourage active participation in their recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care that meets each patient's needs effectively.
• Document patient progress meticulously, using EMR software such as WebPT to maintain clear records and facilitate ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This includes individuals who have experienced acute injuries, chronic pain conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and other musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with no records of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to facilitate patient care documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Strong background in exercise physiology and rehabilitation strategies relevant to orthopedic conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families, fostering a supportive and positive therapy environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
