Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed Physical Therapy evaluations for patients experiencing a range of orthopedic conditions, focusing on their history, symptoms, and functional limitations.
• Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques, ensuring alignment with patients' recovery goals.
• Regularly assess client progress against established benchmarks and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously using the company's electronic record system, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
