Billing Supervisor

Billing Supervisor - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsible for the supervision of the non-exempt billing personnel involved in production-focused jobs to ensure departmental standards are achieved. Accountable for the timeliness, accuracy of data and customer service to Quest patients and clients. Responsible for employee hiring, training, development, disciplinary actions, review and ensuring productivity and quality standards are achieved. Accountable to ensure all staff adhere to Quest integrity and compliance standards. Pay range: $52,800+ per year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
