Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, focusing on a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and executive functioning difficulties.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and licensed social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related mental health field.

• An active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven ability to prioritize clinical tasks and delegate effectively in a high-volume caseload environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
