Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at our outpatient treatment center, you will engage in a range of vital activities aimed at promoting mental health and well-being for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can safely share experiences, support each other, and develop healthy coping strategies.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling to clients, exploring their thoughts and feelings while helping them devise actionable plans for recovery.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that consider individual preferences, challenges, and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess client progress through various evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Working as Part of a Multidisciplinary Team: Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care and consult on complex cases for improved client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve young adults, ages 18 to 30, who are often navigating significant life transitions, identity formation, and mental health challenges. Many clients at our clinic are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other concerns that require thoughtful, evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in counseling or a related field, along with current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of therapeutic methodologies, and a genuine passion for helping young people achieve mental wellness.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations, particularly in outpatient or mental health settings, is highly regarded. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, or mindfulness techniques, will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
