Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around providing personalized clinical services to youth. You will:

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships while respecting professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when applicable.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Document each client's progress in a timely manner, ensuring all records meet legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and develop treatment strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, adapting interventions as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Engage in individual supervision and ongoing professional development activities.

• Work in coordination with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and collaborative care.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
