Fixed Asset Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Asset Accounting Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our organization’s asset portfolio. This role is responsible for managing everything from asset acquisition through disposal, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage. The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in technical accounting, paired with sharp analytical abilities and proven leadership experience. Key Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate all aspects of fixed asset management, including tracking, valuation, depreciation, and disposals. Oversee month-end and year-end close activities related to fixed assets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital expenditure tracking and project status updates. Conduct regular audits and physical inventories to verify asset existence and condition. Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with relevant standards. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding asset utilization and replacement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Extensive experience in fixed asset accounting, preferably within a capital-intensive industry. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and technical accounting principles. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
