Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, and needs.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Implement treatments based on a range of approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that include realistic goals and specific interventions.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate and optimize care for clients.

• Conduct crisis intervention as needed, which may include immediate risk assessment and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, providing clients with tools to better manage their mental health challenges.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems for all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
