Work Environment\n

This role will primarily be remote, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while meeting the needs of the families you support. However, you may also engage with clients in various community settings, which allows for hands-on interaction and deeper connections with the individuals and families you serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families facing developmental challenges.
\n
• Collaborate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each family.
\n
• Monitor and assess progress on developmental outcomes as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Provide crucial support and resources to families to aid their child’s development and address any concerns or priorities they express.
\n
• Engage with clients using evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment (NLE) methodologies to encourage child growth and development.
\n
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a healthy and effective learning environment.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations to ensure compliance and safeguard the health and safety of all clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on working with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays and disabilities. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in guiding these young individuals and their families through early intervention services designed to support physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication skills that are crucial during the first three years of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• Must possess a valid LCSW license through the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Have a valid driver's license to facilitate community engagements and home visits.
\n
• One year of experience working directly with children within early intervention settings.
\n
• Competence in adapting strategies to cater to various learning styles to support individualized care plans.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using Natural Learning Environment practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
