ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serve as the first point of contact, creating a positive first impression for all visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments to create a seamless, welcoming experience for all
- Manage office supplies and orders
- Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Shipping: Set up shipping for parcels and freight shipments
- Sales: Assist current and potential customers with product questions and direct customers to appropriate contact within the company
- Other Administrative duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Eligible to work in the United States (We are an E-Verify participant)
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to communicate professionally verbally and in writing in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in arranging freight is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems or production software is a plus
