Construction company looking for experienced accounts receivable specialist.
Candidate skills should include, but not be limited to:
- Maintaining the billing system
- Certified Payroll
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Strong understanding of releases
- Experienced in Excel, Quickbooks and Sage
- Enter payables and respond to vendors on payment status
Degree not required but would be preferred.
Compensation will be highly competitive based on experience.
