• Partner closely with our Autonomy, Fullstack, and Marketplace software engineering teams.
• Help build the technical talent that powers Zipline's autonomous flight systems, customer-facing software experiences, and marketplace platform.
• Develop thoughtful hiring strategies and identify exceptional technical talent.
• View recruiting as a strategic function and act as a trusted advisor to executives, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Thrive in fast-moving environments and bring strong business judgment to hiring decisions.
• Combine strong client management, exceptional talent instincts, and relentless execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior engineering leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies.
• Deep understanding of the competitive software engineering talent landscape.
• Exceptional sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• A high degree of ownership and passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process from engaging top talent through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing and talent engagement strategies.
• Influence hiring decisions through market insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Build and cultivate diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Continuously improve hiring outcomes by partnering with interviewers and leaders.
• Contribute to the evolution of Zipline's talent function by sharing best practices.

Benefits

• The starting cash range for this role is $135,000 - $180,000.
• Total compensation package may include equity compensation, overtime pay, and discretionary bonuses.
