Benefits Account Manager: Client Success & Renewal Lead
Workstream
Workstream is seeking a full-time Benefits Account Manager located in Richfield, Ohio, responsible for preparing and delivering benefits renewals while ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires managing client relationships effectively and meeting daily customer service needs. Successful candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of related experience, and be prepared to obtain a Life and Health insurance license within 90 days.
