What is a Community Manager? Our Community Managers have three main responsibilities: Leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to residents, and administrative duties to keep their real estate asset running smoothly. As a Community Manager, you'll work alongside other professionals as a collaborative team all working toward the same goal: to deliver the best living experience ever. We empower and encourage our team members on-site to make high-level decisions on behalf of the community they manage. Community Manages have constant access to regional supervisors, who help them set property goals, resolve larger issues, and provide checks and balances. Community Managers at Champion work, Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM. These structured hours are in place to ensure our team members have ample time to live life outside of work.
Growth Opportunities Growth at Champion means opportunities to learn and to take on new challenges and experiences. This may include taking on a site with more units, running a renovation project, leasing-up a new development, and available training and certifications. Employee Benefits Salary: Starting at $65,000 3 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays Company-paid health insurance after 90 days 401(k) retirement savings with company match Structured hours with two consecutive days off per week Ideal Candidates and Champion's Human Hiring Approach Our people are our biggest differentiator. However, any prior experience or education in the following skills can be beneficial to your success in this role:
