Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience Preferred License / Certification: UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) Certification UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional (ASAP) Certification UiPath Agentic Automation Professional Certification Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience: Hands-on experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath — 6+ years RPA Solution Architect experience — 2+ years Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform — 3+ years Software application development and implementation experience — 8+ years Extensive experience designing and developing advanced, scalable RPA solutions using the UiPath Platform, including Automation Hub, Orchestrator, Studio Web, and Insights Experience debugging complex workflows and leveraging advanced UiPath features Experience developing SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Experience creating and optimizing complex SQL queries supporting automation data operations Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs Experience with OCR data extraction processes Strong understanding of programming design and coding techniques Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience creating technical designs and specifications Knowledge of IT platforms, software applications, and system architectures Ability to use Agile methodologies to manage product backlogs, prioritize work, and provide status reporting Ability to establish and maintain standards for automation development, documentation, coding practices, value measurement, and program governance Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, platform owners, and process owners Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience: Experience creating and leveraging AI techniques such as OCR/ICR, Chatbots, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) — 2+ years UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) Certification UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional (ASAP) Certification UiPath Agentic Automation Professional Certification Master's degree Job Responsibilities: RPA Architecture & Development: Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA workflows using the UiPath Platform Build reusable automation components Support the development of advanced and moderately complex RPA solutions Design scalable automation solutions using UiPath Automation Hub, Orchestrator, Studio Web, and Insights Debug complex workflows and leverage advanced UiPath capabilities Maintain RPA bots, dashboards, and system integrations Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and document workflows Translate business process requirements into technical specifications and automation logic Identify new opportunities for automation Adapt automation solutions to emerging business needs Apply Lean and continuous improvement techniques to streamline processes Data & Integration: Create and optimize complex SQL queries supporting automation data operations Support REST and SOAP API integrations Work with OCR data extraction processes Support system integrations required by automation solutions Testing & Production Support: Support testing of automation solutions Perform root-cause analysis Perform break-fix activities Support continuous improvement of existing automations Communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform: Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Architecture & Governance: Establish standards for automation development Establish documentation and coding standards Define value measurement and automation governance practices Create technical designs and specifications Apply knowledge of IT platforms, software applications, and system architectures Agile & Project Delivery: Apply Agile methodologies to manage product backlogs Prioritize work and deliver iterative improvements Provide regular status reporting Manage multiple project streams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones Coordinate with platform owners and process owners
