Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist / RPA Solution Architect to design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end enterprise RPA workflows and SharePoint solutions. In this role, you will evaluate business processes, define technical specifications, build reusable automation components, and lead cross-functional delivery using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

RPA Architecture & Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, advanced UiPath RPA workflows utilizing Automation Hub, Orchestrator, Studio Web, and Insights.
SharePoint & Power Platform: Develop and support SharePoint Online solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform.
Database & Integrations: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support automation data operations; work with REST and SOAP APIs.
Data Extraction & AI Integration: Implement OCR/ICR data extraction and leverage AI techniques (Chatbots, Machine Learning, NLP) within automations.
Testing, Support & Maintenance: Debug complex workflows, conduct root-cause analysis, perform break-fix operations, and maintain bot health and system dashboards.
Governance & Agile Delivery: Establish coding and documentation standards, manage product backlogs using Agile practices, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
Software Development: 8+ years of total experience in software application development and implementation.
UiPath RPA Development: 6+ years of combined experience architecting, designing, and implementing UiPath RPA solutions.
SharePoint / Power Platform: 3+ years of experience maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using MS Power Platform.
RPA Solution Architect Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience as an RPA Solution Architect.
Data Operations: Hands-on experience with SQL queries, REST/SOAP APIs, and OCR data extraction processes.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

AI & Machine Learning: 2+ years creating and leveraging AI techniques (OCR/ICR, Chatbots, ML, NLP).
UiPath Certifications:
- UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP)
- UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional (ASAP)
- UiPath Agentic Automation Professional
