Payroll Analyst (Direct Hire)

Near Bethel Park, PA | Up to $30/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Review and validate payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and taxes
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inquiries
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity across systems
• Utilize Excel for payroll tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Strong Excel skills (required)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of payroll systems and processes
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
