Payroll Analyst (Direct Hire)
Near Bethel Park, PA | Up to $30/hour Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking to take the next step in your career? LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing organization near Bethel Park, Pennsylvania to hire a Payroll Analyst on a direct-hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and stable accounting team where your expertise will directly support accurate and timely payroll operations. The role offers competitive compensation of up to $30 per hour, along with long-term career growth potential. Key Responsibilities- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Review and validate payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and taxes
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inquiries
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Utilize Excel for payroll tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Strong Excel skills (required)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
