Job Responsibilities include:

• Customer service; greeting and assisting customers.
• Phone calls: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, provide basic information
• Manage front desk operations:
• Stock in new vehicles
• Preparing new file folders
• Office correspondence (including emails, documents sent via Fed Ex and memos)
• Dealership: Assist with keeping our showroom looking presentable
• Some responsibilities may include sending reports
• Other clerical duties as needed.
