Employee Benefits Specialist

Role Description The Employee Benefits Specialist will be responsible for benefits administration, insurance services, account management, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis. The position involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs, educating them on policies, customizing solutions, and closing sales. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and staying informed about industry products and policies. The role involves preparing quotes, completing applications, and assisting clients with policy changes, claims inquiries, and ongoing service needs. This role offers a dynamic environment suited for individuals passionate about helping others secure their financial future. Qualifications We provide elite training (NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY) - Proficiency in Insurance sales, Insurance or brokerage services desired. Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management Attention to detail and organizational skills Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude Must be 18 or older Must have reliable transportation Must have a valid driver's license and authorized to work in the US Insurance license or willingness to obtain one #J-18808-Ljbffr
