Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to the needs of each client.

• Assess and diagnose various mental health disorders based on thorough clinical interviews and standardized assessments.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate collaboration with clients to identify treatment objectives, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to the therapeutic approach.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring clients receive immediate support and referral to appropriate resources for additional help.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and case management records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
