Job Description

Support Project Managers with the day-to-day management of active construction projects. Assist with project software administration and project documentation. Track project schedules, documentation, and deliverables to ensure timely execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and project stakeholders. Help maintain organized project records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Support multiple projects simultaneously, typically assisting on 1-3 projects depending on size and complexity.

The Successful Applicant

2-3 years of construction industry experience in a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Construction Coordinator, or similar role. Experience within commercial construction, multifamily construction, general contracting, or a strong subcontractor environment. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
