Work Environment\n

This position will be fully remote, allowing flexibility in your schedule while ensuring you remain actively engaged with our school partners. While the primary focus will be on virtual interactions, you may also conduct occasional in-person meetings or assessments when necessary. The work hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs. Flexibility in scheduling is essential as you navigate unique circumstances and foster ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, focusing on emotional, mental, and social factors to tailor appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with students, families, teachers, and other school staff to create individualized care plans that support the educational and therapeutic goals of each student.

• Provide counseling services to address students' emotional challenges, offering guidance and support during life transitions and stressful situations.

• Advocate for student rights, facilitating access to necessary resources and support services within the school and broader community.
\n
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and improve overall student outcomes.

• Maintain constant communication and monitor students' progress, ensuring that care plans are adjusted as needed to meet evolving needs.

• Conduct educational workshops and group sessions aimed at improving social skills, coping strategies, and resilience among students.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Stay updated on the latest practices in social work and educational policies to ensure ethical and effective service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and social service ethics.
