Key Responsibilities\n

• Complete thorough and timely documentation for all client interactions, treatment progress, and assessments in compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians in case discussions and participate in supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our detox center, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients who are in critical stages of recovery, helping them to establish coping strategies and navigate the complexities of their situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) eligible to practice independently in the state of Texas.

• Exemplary therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and self-motivation skills are essential to succeed in this position.

• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

• A minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
