We are seeking enthusiastic, full-time agents prepared to handle a significant volume of business. Our agents typically close 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 60 days by leveraging our live-connection leads. Position Requirements:

1. Active California DRE License (Mandatory): All candidates must have an active license prior to joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)

Schedule:

1. Self-determined schedule
2. Weekend availability required for live tour connections

Supplemental Pay:
