Seasonal Administrative Support Associate

Summary The Seasonal Administrative Support Associate supports store leadership, customer experience, administrative functions, and people-related initiatives. This customer- and colleague-facing role helps keep store operations organized and provides responsive service. Responsibilities Support the General Manager and customer experience, including responding to customer concerns and assisting visitors to the executive office. Provide floor support as needed and assist with cash office functions. Help source applicants, coordinate recruiting and onboarding, and manage candidate correspondence. Maintain hiring documents using the store's document management system. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent encouraged. 1-2 years of related experience. Strong communication, planning, and workflow management skills. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and perform required standing, walking, reaching, crouching, and ladder climbing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
