Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting and documenting comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify patient needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans that reflect the patients’ specific mental health goals and cultural considerations, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in varied formats such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention services to patients in acute distress and actively participating in care coordination with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that includes progress notes, treatment summaries, and compliance with regulatory standards, reinforcing our commitment to quality care.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with the resources necessary to effectively manage their concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n
