Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns through initial evaluations and ongoing therapeutic sessions.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and client progress, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions that foster communication, resilience, and coping skills among clients.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and track their progress, adjusting treatment approaches when necessary.

• Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Participate actively in professional development activities, such as workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision, to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health care.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients with mobility challenges or those residing in remote areas.

Qualifications\n
