Staff Accountant

Job Summary: The Staff Accountant will maintain accounting standards within established policies and procedures. Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (A/R): Prepare A/R Invoices for Internal and External Clients Prepare and send monthly Member A/R invoices Process payments for A/R Collection of all A/R balances Research and respond to all A/R inquiries Accounts Payable (A/P): Maintain and control vendor set up and supporting documentation Validate and Process A/P Invoices for payment Review vendor statements at month end Prepare monthly accruals for all outstanding A/P invoices Prepare and send monthly Member Accounts Receivable invoices Reconcile Craftable to A/P Reconcile Cash and prepare deposits Maintain and support internal controls Marginal Functions: Respond to any reasonable task assigned by the Director of Finance, Accounting Manager and/or General Manager. Qualifications Four years’ experience in a hotel environment Exceptional organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Maestro PMS Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 EEO Statement Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
