Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly provide high-quality clinical services to clients facing symptoms of major mental illness or emotional disorders, both in the office and community settings.

• Develop trusting relationships with clients by employing effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling open dialogue and collaboration.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions to advance collective goals, ensuring teamwork and collaboration is at the forefront of care delivery.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, followed by the creation and implementation of integrated care plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices for conducting brief screenings, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management to support client recovery and promote health.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address presenting issues and utilize therapeutic techniques that empower clients.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate reporting and timely completion of necessary documentation to comply with regulatory standards.

• Participate in on-call coverage as required, ensuring clients receive necessary support and intervention during emergencies.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance agency services and contribute to best practices and improved client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
