Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, includes understanding their emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with individual client goals, ensuring they are tailored to address unique circumstances and conditions.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches as needed to fit client needs.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute challenges, ensuring they receive timely support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards that govern mental health practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and refer clients to additional services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Denton Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential.
