Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to assist clients in managing their mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure seamless client onboarding, including insurance paperwork and credentialing processes.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy techniques in your practice while staying up-to-date with evolving best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adult clients aged 18 and over, many of whom may be facing a variety of socio-economic challenges. You will also have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including individuals identifying as LGBTQIA+, addressing their unique mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Arizona.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, providing psychotherapy to adult clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.

• Experience in providing mental health services to the LGBTQIA+ community and expertise in men's mental health is a plus.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance is required.
