What We're Looking For
We want a hands-on, high-energy Kitchen Manager who knows how to lead by example and create a positive, productive kitchen environment.
The ideal Kitchen Manager will:
- Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen team members.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Help manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste.
- Keep kitchen operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
- Build a strong team culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and pride in the job.
- Bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership to the operation.
