Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify patient concerns and design tailored treatment plans grounded in diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Implement effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, and families, using approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community while addressing common mental health challenges among participants.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring all aspects of the client’s health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely support.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
