Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Perform patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
- Document patient progress and communicate with the care team; ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Educate patients and families about home exercise programs and safety.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting as part of a travel assignment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work within an interdisciplinary team.
