Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of clients as part of individualized treatment planning.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that align with state and federal guidelines.

• Monitoring client outcomes to assess progress and refine treatment approaches collaboratively with team members.

• Facilitating effective communication and support for families to enhance their child’s development while ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations.

• Building trusting relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to establish a nurturing and effective therapeutic environment.

• Crafting personalized client care plans based on evidence-based practices and integrating Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Utilizing a coaching model to empower families in their caregiving role, enhancing skills and fostering healthy development in their children.

• Adhering to all organization standards to promote the health and safety of clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on vulnerable individuals within the detox population, many of whom may be experiencing substance dependence challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, promoting stability, and offering holistic support aimed at improving their overall well-being. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, addressing the unique needs of each client and their families.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following educational and professional qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license.
