Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Unique Behavioral Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of students to identify their presenting issues, background, and therapeutic goals.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans customized to the unique needs of each student and family.
\n
• Collaborating with educational staff, parents, and guardians to support students' emotional and social development.

• Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations surrounding mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse range of school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will be instrumental in addressing various mental health concerns, including but not limited to behavioral issues, emotional distress, and developmental challenges. Your role will focus on providing support to both students and their families, creating a holistic approach to emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:
