Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while delivering telehealth services. Our team operates within a structured schedule, typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs and formulate evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to engage with individuals, couples, and families effectively.

• Collaborate frequently with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to create holistic patient care pathways.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
