Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address students' diverse emotional and psychological issues.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all aspects of your work.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and support for students.

• Educate students and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school environment, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in social work principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
