Inside Sales Support Representative

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to join the team of a growing Manufacturing/Industrial parts company. The role is key by supporting the sales operations team with strong administrative support, detailed order entry, and exceptional customer support. Position Overview Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers via phone and email Prepare quotes for sales reps and assist with follow-up to customers Process sales orders accurately via inbound calls, emails and inquiries Communicate invoice and shipping details to customers Resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing and/or shipments Navigate software and use Google docs Required High School diploma or GED 1-3 years of inside sales support, customer service or related experience Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and communication skills Problem resolution, basic math and intermediate computer skills Experience working in ERP, Inventory tracking systems or other related systems All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
