Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct a range of clinical laboratory analyses—spanning chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to established protocols for excellence.
• Scrutinize test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment as required.
• Support specimen collection efforts and assist in preparing samples for analytical procedures.
• Document processes meticulously, while also guiding and overseeing new staff and students, ensuring the highest standards of laboratory operation.
• Uphold a secure and orderly laboratory environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Achieved a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable degree in allied health, paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Confidently obtain ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of your employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout the duration of your career with us.
