Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients, considering their unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for couples as well as individual therapy for family members, focusing on systemic approaches to mental health.

• Addressing a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job stress, and coping with separation and divorce.

• Implementing evidence-based interventions and tracking progress towards clinical goals.
\n
• Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and participating in case consultations to provide comprehensive care.

• Staying current with the latest therapeutic practices and continuing education to enhance professional skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical practice will encompass a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents facing complex family dynamics and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
