Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Maintain an accurate and detailed record of client progress and clinical assessments, ensuring all notes and documentation are completed in a timely manner.
\n
• Manage scheduling for ongoing appointments, proactively updating clients and adjusting calendars as needed.
\n
• Utilize our billing service to efficiently handle client claims, benefits eligibility checks, and client accounts receivable.
\n
• Navigate a diverse range of clinical presentations, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet clients’ specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic is diverse, encompassing a wide range of ages and backgrounds. As an LCSW at Acapulco Community Health Services, you will work with individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our therapeutic approach emphasizes building strong rapport to facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
\n
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in Texas, allowing for independent practice.
\n
• Strong professionalism, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, and self-motivation.

• Proven organizational skills coupled with effective time management capabilities.
\n
• Willingness to work full-time, including a minimum of 20-25 hours weekly and at least two evenings per week.

• Demonstrable history of maintaining quality therapeutic relationships and achieving positive client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges between $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with the possibility of additional bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive a competitive salary complemented by the following benefits:
